What Permanent Lighting Means
Permanent outdoor lighting is a commercial-grade LED system installed on a property's architecture — roofline channels, eave mounts, pathway and step lights, tree and landscape uplighting, pool deck and water feature accents. Installed once. Controlled from an app. Color-changing capable for holidays, seasons, and events.
The system is not "holiday lighting left up year-round." It is an architectural feature — flush-mounted, wired to a controller, with no hanging or removal ever required. Properties run the system nightly; many clients use it for entertaining, for ambient outdoor lighting, and for color programs tied to holidays, sports seasons, and personal occasions.
For the franchise operator, permanent lighting is a service agreement business. Install, annual maintenance, warranty service. The contracts compound as the installed base grows.
